The Patriot Defense Optimized Firing Pin Spring was engineered from the ground up to work in your IWI Jericho 941 pistols. These are precision made from premium grade music wire offering extended life and quality control from the factory springs that are supplied with the guns. The Optimized Firing Pin Spring are currently the lightest spring rate on the market and work in conjunction with our lighter hammer springs with out the need to cut or clip coils. It remains roughly the same overall length as the factory spring while limiting the distance the firing pin can travel to prevent it from becoming stuck in the breach hole in the slide. If the need should arise that coils need to be cut it still offers plenty of length to do so. The Patriot Defense Optimized Firing Pin Spring is roughly a 50% reduction in spring rate from the E.G. Light firing pin spring.
