Return & Shipping Policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Range Junkie, we allow for returns and exchanges up to 10 days from the date of delivery. Email us at: returns@rangejunkie.ca in order to initiate your return.
Conditions:
- All headwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be unworn, unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in resaleable condition in order to be considered eligible for return or exchange.
- Any defective 3rd party products must go through the product manufacturer for warranty.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Note:
- Items returned without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted.
- Once returned items have been received and inspected, please allow for up to 10 business days for a refund to be issued.
- We reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange subject to inspection of the items being returned.
Shipping
We do our very best to ensure that order are shipped within 3 business days of being placed during weekdays (excluding holidays).
Range Junkie ships through Canada Post and Purolator. To ensure that orders make it to P.O. boxes and rural route addresses, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order.
Range Junkie cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by packages in transit. Currently, we do not offer return-shipping methods.
