Return & Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Range Junkie, we allow for returns and exchanges up to 10 days from the date of delivery.  Email us at: returns@rangejunkie.ca in order to initiate your return. 

Conditions:

  • All headwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in resaleable condition in order to be considered eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any defective 3rd party products must go through the product manufacturer for warranty.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Note: 

  • Items returned without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted.
  • Once returned items have been received and inspected, please allow for up to 10 business days for a refund to be issued. 
  • We reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange subject to inspection of the items being returned. 
  • Items accepted for return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Refused Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by their local customs authority. These charges are not collected by Range Junkie and must be paid by the customer to release the shipment.

If a customer refuses to pay these charges or declines delivery for any reason, the carrier will automatically return the parcel to Range Junkie. Once the item arrives back at our facility, the order will be processed as a return under the following conditions:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return-to-sender shipping charges billed to Range Junkie will be deducted from the refund

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged back to Range Junkie will be deducted from the refund

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied

  • Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and verified to be in unused, resaleable condition

If the carrier abandons, destroys, or is unable to return the shipment due to the customer’s refusal to pay import fees, no refund will be issued, as the goods cannot be recovered.

Range Junkie strongly encourages customers to review their country’s import rules prior to ordering to ensure a smooth delivery.


Shipping

We work hard to get your gear out the door quickly! Most orders ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

We ship with trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. If you live on a rural route or use a P.O. box, please include a street address or highway number to make sure your order gets to you without delays.

Once your package is shipped, it’s in the carrier’s hands — while we can’t control unexpected transit delays or issues with delivery, we’ll always do our best to support you if an issue comes up.

From time to time, we may need to switch your selected shipping method to a comparable alternative if the chosen carrier is experiencing issues. If this happens, we’ll make every effort to keep your delivery within the expected timeline.

At this time, we don’t offer return shipping, but we’re always here to help if you have any questions about your order.
