Return & Shipping Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Range Junkie, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

A return authorization must be issued before any items are sent back.
Return Conditions:
- All headwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All Optics are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in resaleable condition.
- Any defective third-party products must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Important Note:
- Returns sent without an approved Return Authorization Number (RA#) will not be accepted.
- Once received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed.
- Range Junkie reserves the right to deny any return or exchange based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
- Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
REFUSED DUTIES, TAXES & DELIVERY
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges required by their local customs authority or carrier. These fees are not collected by Range Junkie and must be paid by the customer in order for delivery to be completed.
If a customer refuses to pay duties/taxes, declines delivery, or the shipment is rejected for any reason, the carrier will return the parcel to Range Junkie. Once returned, the order will be processed as a return under the following conditions:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return-to-sender shipping charges billed to Range Junkie will be deducted from the refund
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged back to Range Junkie will be deducted from the refund
- A 20% restocking fee will apply
- Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and verified to be in unused, resaleable condition
If the carrier abandons, destroys, or is unable to return the shipment due to refusal of import fees or delivery rejection, no refund will be issued, as the goods cannot be recovered.
Range Junkie strongly encourages customers to review their import obligations prior to ordering to ensure smooth delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY (USA & EUROPE)
Customers ordering from the United States, Europe, or any other jurisdiction outside of Canada are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase from Range Junkie are legal to import, possess, and use in their destination country, state, or region.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- It is their responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, import restrictions, and licensing requirements.
- Range Junkie makes no representation or guarantee that any product offered for sale is eligible for import into the customer’s jurisdiction.
- Orders may be delayed, seized, refused, or returned by customs authorities if the items are restricted or prohibited.
- Any resulting duties, taxes, penalties, customs fees, return shipping charges, or losses incurred due to import refusal or non-compliance remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Range Junkie will not issue refunds for orders that are confiscated, denied entry, or returned due to the customer’s failure to meet import eligibility or legal requirements in their destination country.
SHIPPING
We work hard to get your gear out the door quickly. Most orders ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
We ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Customers shipping to rural routes or P.O. boxes should ensure a valid street or highway address is provided to prevent delays.
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier. While we cannot control transit delays, customs processing, or delivery disruptions, we will always do our best to support you if an issue arises.
In some cases, we may substitute the selected shipping method with a comparable service if the chosen carrier is experiencing service disruptions.
At this time, Range Junkie does not provide prepaid return shipping.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY (CANADA ONLY)
Free shipping within Canada is available on eligible orders meeting the advertised minimum purchase threshold, before taxes and after discounts.
Free shipping applies to qualifying products only and does not include heavy or oversized items, such as range bags and bullets at this time. Eligibility and applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
Free shipping terms may be adjusted, increased, or temporarily suspended during sales, promotions, or special events. Free shipping is available for Canadian orders only. For additional details and frequently asked questions, please refer to our FAQ.
Range Junkie reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping at any time, at its sole discretion.
