Eemann Tech CZ Shadow 2 Bushing Removal Tool

The Eemann Tech CZ Shadow 2 Bushing Removal and Installation Tool is designed for gunsmiths, competitive shooters, and firearm owners who need to replace or service the barrel bushing on compatible CZ pistols.

This dedicated tool set allows the barrel bushing to be removed and installed safely when used correctly, helping to minimize the risk of damage to the slide or the bushing.

The tool is designed for barrel bushings with a 14 mm inner diameter and 17 mm outer diameter. It is compatible with CZ Shadow and CZ TS series pistols, including:

Bushing Removal Instructions:

• Remove the front sight pin from the slide.
• Insert the bushing insert into the barrel bushing from the inside of the slide.
• Position the removal tool block and ensure the removal bolt is fully screwed into the tool.
• Insert the supplied special hex key through the front of the slide into the barrel bushing until it fully engages the internal hex.
• Rotate the hex key counterclockwise while holding the removal tool in position.
• Continue turning until the barrel bushing is extracted from the slide.

Bushing Installation Instructions:

• Align the top mark on the new barrel bushing with the top of the slide.
• Press the bushing into the slide by hand as far as possible.
• Insert the installation tool into the barrel bushing.
• Using a soft-faced hammer, gently tap the installation tool until the front sight pin hole in the slide aligns with the front sight pin cut in the barrel bushing.
• Reinstall the front sight pin.

Note: Always verify proper alignment before driving the front sight pin into place. Improper installation may damage the barrel bushing or the slide. Follow all firearm safety procedures and ensure the firearm is completely unloaded before performing maintenance.
